At Summit, Our caregivers undergo a thorough application process that guarantees clients and families the most qualified caregivers to meet their care needs. Our comprehensive application process includes a criminal background check through Washington State Patrol(WSP), DSHS, DMV driving history check, skills tests and verification, interview, and orientation. We understand that entrusting your care to another can be daunting, which is why we strive to provide a thorough and transparent service.
