Summit In-Home Care is an important part of the community ensuring that clients get the home care they need.
Personal Care & Help with ADL
- Medication reminders and Assistance
- Ambulation Assistance
- Transfers (Hoyer lift, sliding board, sit-to-stand)
- Bath/ shower
- Dressing, Grooming and Shaving
- Incontinence Care
- Toileting
- Transportation (Shopping, errands, medical appointments) $ 1 per mile
- Meal Preparation
- Light Housekeeping & Laundry
- Dog Walking/ Litter Box Cleaning
24 Hours: Around the clock care
All personal care services are part of the 24-hour care. Per L&I working conditions, caregivers must have 5 hours of uninterrupted sleep, 3 hours of personal care,e and meals/ bathroom breaks in 24 hours. The caregiver is required to stay at the client's home throughout the entirety of the shift.
Safety and Welfare checks
- Hours must be flexible
- Scheduled upon availability
- Transportation to appointments, shopping, and errands
- Safety and Welfare check (medication reminder/ exercise or ambulation assistance)
- Assistance with personal care tasks.
- Schedule may require multiple caregivers.
Post-Op Care Services
Ideal for clients who need short-term care services.
Services Include:
- Assistance with non-medical care
- Medication Reminders
- Safety supervision
- Transportation to/from the surgery location
